Cancellation Policy
At 𝑩𝒆𝒂𝒖𝒕𝒚 𝑪𝒐𝒍𝒍𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒆 we value your time and ours. To help us serve all guests, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• 𝐋𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝟐𝟒 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬’ 𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞: The full cost of your scheduled service will be charged to the card on file.
• 𝐍𝐨-𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐰𝐬: If you miss your appointment without notice, the full cost of your scheduled service will be charged.
• 𝐋𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐬: If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment. A cancellation fee may apply.
• 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐞: A valid card is required to reserve all appointments and will only be charged in accordance with this policy.
