Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy – Beauty Collective & Co.
At Beauty Collective & Co., we value both your time and ours. To provide the best experience for all of our guests and to respect the schedules of our artists, we kindly ask that any appointment changes or cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Cancellations/Reschedules: Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service to the card on file.
• No-Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment, the full service amount will also be charged.
• Late Arrivals: We understand that life happens. However, if you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your service, and a cancellation fee may apply.
• Card on File: A valid card is required to reserve your appointment. This card will only be charged in accordance with our cancellation policy.
